Working for GWM Investment Management is not a job, or a role, or a position - it is a career.
Our recruitment strategy focuses on overall quality, skill, track record, personality and potential. We are very selective, which is why our turnover is low and why there is a chemistry and cohesion across the entire group.
All employees are valued, long term investments - and they are very much part of the GWM family. We believe in personal and professional development and our preference is always to recognise performance by promoting internally.
This is a unique opportunity. You can expect to be in a position of influence and in time, have a significant hand in what is fast becoming an exciting growth story.
Earlier this year we caught up with Chris Payne (Managing Director, UK) and Tom Milson (Executive Director) on why they believe in the GWM-IM proposition from a colleague and client perspective:
- Describe your background and journey to GWM-IM
- How are you settling in so far?
- Why work for GWM in the UK?
- Building a business at GWM-IM
- Why should graduates consider GWM?
- What are the biggest challenges faced by clients?
- What attracted you to GWM?
- What do you enjoy most about your role as a Wealth Manager?
